Salon Policies

Policies are agreed upon when booking within Blush.

Payments
Services must be paid for at time received, this includes any goods utilized within services not limited to extensions, treatments, ect. If payment is not rendered legal processes will be involved.

Cancellations
Your appointments are very important to our team of professionals. We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you give at least 72 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waitlist.
There is a cancellation fee within 72 hours-
if you cancel with 48-72 hours notice you will be charged 25% of your service,
within 24-48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your service,
and within 24 hours you will be charged 75% of your service, no exceptions.
No shows will be charge 100% of service. 

We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

Re-Do’s 
We always want you to be happy with your service! If you are ever dissatisfied with a service based on technicality, please let us know within 7 days and we will be happy to reconsult with you and make a change if deemed appropriate.
After 7 days all services are final & there will be a charge for any change in service.

Late Arrivals
Scheduled appointments have a 10 minute grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be late, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.

Premium Appointment Times 
The salon is open based on appointments. While there is likely to be a stylist within the salon Monday through Saturday, stylists will be there working with previously booked clients and will not be available for walk ins. If you would like to inquire about last minute openings for any needs, please contact your stylist directly.


Gift Cards/Gift Certificates
No cash advances: You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.
Validity and expiry of Gift Cards: We are not liable to redeem any Gift Card that is presented for redemption after the expiry date.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards: Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.


Respect
Blush is a luxury salon with the goal to provide ultimate relaxation to all clients. Please be courteous & keep your group conversations low & your cell phone on silent. The use of speaker during phone conversations or while utilizing your phone for entertainment, is prohibited. We all have busy schedules, please help us ensure a calm & peaceful environment inside the salon.


We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
Anyone with any condition we suspect may be contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
Anyone more than 10 minutes late for an appointment
Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our stylists and other customers
